Float Projects offer an extensive range of framing services and artwork display solutions suited to your needs and budget. With over nine years of experience working for reputable museum standard framers, we have worked with high value artworks and a broad range of projects from simple window mounted family photos, to Japanese hinging oversized multi-piece works.

We work closely and collaborate with other experienced professionals in the industry, including art conservators, dry mounters, canvas stretchers and professional installers for larger scale projects.

Float Projects can bring these combined skills and knowledge directly to your studio, gallery or the home, or can carry them out at our Bristol based workshop.

As well as offering the full bespoke framing service we also offer the following;

• Working with your old frames to upgrade them, whether supplying new glazing, re-hinging artwork, or a new hanging system. 

• Artwork tear repairs and flattening, working with reputable conservators when necessary for works that need specialist conservation treatments.

• Installation of artworks, working with specialist installers for larger or complex pieces.

• Art handling and storage advice.

• Framing design consultation and project management for larger gallery exhibitions
